Position Title: Loan Booking - Seasonal Associate
Business Unit: Retail Lending
Reports To: Supervisor of Loan Operations

Position Overview:
This position is primarily responsible for loan booking processes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, verification, and finalization of loans originated by consumers and small businesses within the Bank’s delivery channels or dealer networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepares loan applications in both pre-closing and post-closing phases, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
• Orders and reviews loan-related reports, such as property searches, flood determinations, and collateral evaluations.
• Works closely with branch lenders and credit underwriters to clear loan stipulations before final credit review.
• Ensures proper monitoring and processing of electronic communications related to loan applications.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of loan products, rates, and processing procedures to ensure accuracy in loan booking.
• Assists in financial information preparation for small business loan requests as part of the loan booking process.
• Ensures compliance with credit lending authorities to limit risk and maintain accurate reporting.

The Seasonal Associate will work from May to August. Actual hours worked and employment period will be determined by the needs of the business.
