Job Summary

Landscape Construction Laborers work as part of a crew to deliver high-quality landscape construction services to our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and pride in delivering excellent results.

Essential Job Functions

• Safely operate powered tools and landscaping equipment
• Perform softscape installation and improvements
• Operate skid steer and mini excavator 
• Plant trees, shrubs, bushes, and flowers
• Install drainage systems and perform rough grading
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including possible weekends
• Ability to communicate professionally and represent the company positively
• Construction or landscaping experience preferred (higher pay opportunities available)

Physical Requirements

• • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and grasping
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
