If you have experience repairing or installing windows and doors and want consistent work + a company that's growing fast, this is a strong opportunity.

We're hiring a hands-on technician who can diagnose issues, complete repairs, and install new systems - all while delivering a great customer experience.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Inspect and diagnose window & door issues

• Repair or replace components to restore function

• Install new windows and doors to spec

• Work directly with homeowners (professional + clear communication)

• Order parts and coordinate with manufacturers when needed

• Document work completed, materials used, and job details

• Load your truck with materials/tools for each job

• Keep job sites clean and organized

• Collect payments and close out jobs

What You Need to Be Successful

• Experience with window/door repair or installation

• Comfortable using tools (saws, brakes, install equipment, etc.)

• Ability to work on ladders and at heights

• Able to lift 50 lbs+ consistently

• Valid driver's license + clean driving record

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons

• Strong attention to detail + pride in your work

• Solid communication with customers and team

Nice to have: Lead Safe Certification
