Maintenance Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to store fixtures, equipment, and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of store areas, including sales floors, backrooms, restrooms, and exterior spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate with store leadership and external vendors for larger repair needs.
• Assist with seasonal setup, store resets, and minor remodel projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or retail experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems and tools.
• Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
