The Position:
The Operations Manager oversees the “day-to-day” of the business, including interacting with customers, staff, and pool partners. The Operations Manager is fiscally responsible for all aspects of the business – managing the budget, payroll, vendor payments, and daily expenses. Aquatics manager must understand Aquatics and programs related to aquatics, must be able to develop relationships.
This is currently a part-time role with a set schedule.

- Educate and promote services to our customers.
- Develop and implement class schedules.
- Manage inventory and monitor equipment.Â
- Develop and adhere to the annual budget.

- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Have a responsible and professional demeanor.Â
Preferred Qualifications:

- Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED Certification(s), may also be obtained during training.Â
- Business administration, project management, finance, recreation, accounting or applicable experience.Â
