Direct Support Professional - Addiction & Recovery Services

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals on the path to recovery? Epic Health Partners, LLC is expanding our team and seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals in a structured, residential setting for substance use recovery. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and committed to encouraging independence and accountability without providing personal care.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor residents to ensure participation in daily routines and adherence to house rules
• Encourage and redirect individuals to promote engagement and accountability
• Support and observe the administration of medication
• Promote a positive, safe, and recovery-focused environment
  Assist with recreational and community-based activities
• Document shift activities and maintain clear communication logs
• Report behavioral or health concerns to supervisors
• Support meal planning and preparation
• Perform health and safety checks
• Maintain the cleanliness of shared program spaces

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain – BLS not accepted)
• Experience in substance use recovery, mental health, or human services (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Current TB screening clearance
• Strong communication, consistency, and interpersonal skills
  

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time Days (12-Hour Shifts) Rotating weekdays and every other weekend. 
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Part-Time / PRN - We are hiring PRN staff to provide coverage as needed.
