About the Role:
DAI, INC is looking for a dedicated and professional Estate Security Close Protection Officer to join our team in Inwood, WV. This is a unique opportunity to work in a private estate environment where your vigilance and professionalism will make a real impact. This position is primary for NIGHT-SHIFT coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working overnight hours and have the flexibility to work alternating weekends as required. If you take pride in maintaining safety, order, and discretion, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol estate grounds to ensure the safety and security of property and personnel
- Control access points by screening visitors, vendors, and vehicles entering the estate
- Respond promptly to security alarms, incidents, and emergencies on the property
- Conduct routine perimeter checks and surveillance monitoring
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Enforce estate rules and protocols with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
Requirements:
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service mandatory
- Valid security license or ability to obtain one as required by West Virginia state regulations
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, tact, and professionalism
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
- Must be proficient with a handgun
