Job DetailsJob Location: Jonesboro - Jonesboro, AR 72404Position Type: Full Time     Summary: The Manager, Human Resources Operations serves as a strategic business partner to Operations leadership, aligning human capital strategies with business objectives.  This role provides leadership and consultation in employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and compliance. The position drives initiatives that enhance organizational performance, strengthen culture, and support operational excellent across the facility of approximately 600 employees.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partner closely with leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies that support organizational growth, productivity, and employee engagement. Analyze workforce metrics, trends, and KPIs to evaluate organizational performance and recommend solutions that improve retention, productivity, engagement, and operational effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management by implementing innovative HR practices, policies, and processes that support business objectives. Lead organizational change initiatives and support leaders through restructuring, workforce planning, and business transformation efforts. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Implement talent strategies focused on succession planning, leadership development, and employee retention. Manage and support Human Resources programs related to talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee communications, and employee lifecycle activities. Lead employee relations investigations involving workplace complaints, policy violations, harassment allegations, and EEO concerns, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes. Lead the implementation and communication of new HR programs, initiatives and policy changes across the operation. Work with appropriate HR representatives to initiate a wide range of services to associates (FMLA, 401K, LOA, ESOP, etc.) Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and corrective action to ensure consistent application of company policies and practices. Ability to work off shifts as needed. All other duties as assigned.   Supervisory Responsibilities: HR department at Arkansas operations     #LI-DC1 QualificationsEducation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Related Fields   Experience Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in the Human Resource career field with one or more years in recruiting preferred. 5+ years of broad HR Generalist experience, employee relations.    Competencies: Must possess a thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, human resource policies and procedures. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA  Strong drive for results to lead and facilitate efforts to ensure human resources alignment with the business. Proven skills in coaching and performance management Demonstrated ability to deal directly with line management to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change. Strong project management skills. Strong employee relations skills Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Solid MS Office skills. Working knowledge of computers, data entry and HRIS software is required. Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills are essential.   Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: SHRM preferred   Travel: Limited   Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment.
