Location: Jonesboro, AR (Service Area: 45-mile radius) 

Compensation: $30/hour + Commission + $10,000 Annual License Holder Bonus

About the Position

Choate's HVAC & Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Master Service Plumber to join our growing Arkansas team. We are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional service, diagnose and repair plumbing systems and help us continue delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems.

· Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and services.

· Maintain compliance with all state and local plumbing codes.

· Accurately complete service documentation and invoices in CRM.

· Participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

· Current Arkansas Plumbing License issued by the State Board of Plumbing (Required)

· Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience preferred.

· Backflow certification, a plus

· Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
