Maintenance technicians help prepare apartments for new residents, ensure property common areas and grounds are clean and functional, and assist with routine maintenance in and around the community.

• Grounds Pick Up
• Maintaining the Curb Appeal of the Properties
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
• Apartment Trash Outs
• Assist with repairs and completion of work orders
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'
