Wine Ambassador

SUMMARY:

Reports to: Tasting Lodge Manager

Dynamis Estate Wines is a premium North Carolina Winery located in the Swan Creek AVA. We are
seeking an exceptional Wine Ambassador candidate in our mountaintop Tasting Lodge. The intimate and
luxurious tasting experience at Dynamis is unique in North Carolina. If you are looking to be a part of

Dynamis Wine Ambassadors create an authentic and memorable experience for our guests through
professional service and personable and engaging conversation. You are a knowledgeable oenophile and
(will become) an expert in Dynamis wines and the history of our beautiful estate.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasting Lodge Operations

• Conduct guest and club member guided estate tastings and vineyard flights
•  Share the history of the estate and the Dynamis brand story
• Engage guests in conversation and answer their questions
•  Offer and serve guests food pairings from our curated menu
• Sell wine and wine club memberships
• Utilize POS system to accurately process payment
• Capture and maintain customer information
• Assist with daily Tasting Lodge operations, including open and close procedures, glass washing and
  polishing, general cleaning, etc.
• Assist with winery events

ONSITE WORK SCHEDULE:

Workdays at the Tasting Lodge are Wednesday through Sunday. Work schedules may change over time

based on changing business operations and needs.
