Job Summary:

The incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered to clients/patients through providing clinical oversight to clients/patients and team members in a program by planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client/patient care on a daily operational basis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served.

· Participate in the selection of off-site resources for needed services not provided by the program and keep other agencies informed about the services offered by the organization.

· Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews for the program, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

· Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings, ensuring the provision of high-quality services.

· Maintain required weekly contact hours, conducting intakes and necessary therapy sessions.

· Develop an evolving programmatic schedule to meet the needs of the client population while respecting client rights and responsibilities.

· Provide oversight for service delivery, monitoring team member direct service hours for appropriateness and clinical justification.

· Complete team member evaluations, providing clinical direction and supervision, and maintaining individualized training plans.

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

· Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or psychiatric nursing, with a minimum of three (3) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and one (1) year of supervisory experience; OR

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with four (4) years of professional experience and two (2) years of supervisory experience; AND

· Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board or applicable State Board with four (4) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment.

Additional Qualifications:

· Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.

· First Aid and CPR certification required within three (3) months of employment.

· Completion of training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.

Physical Requirements:

ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.

Sedentary work involves primarily sitting but may include walking or standing for brief periods.
