About the Role:

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. You will engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of lifting and carrying heavy items. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance the overall dining experience, supporting the establishment’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work standing for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
  • Capability to lift and carry heavy items safely as required.
  • Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and bar equipment maintenance.
