About the Role:
As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. You will engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the physical demands of lifting and carrying heavy items. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to work standing for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy items safely as required.
- Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities:
