Position Summary
The Connection Coordinator facilitates strong employee engagement with the Company’s core values through the planning and executing of Vision Trips; an opportunity aimed to provide employees with experiences to travel domestically and internationally, learn about and encourage growth with organizations the Company supports. This role also participates in the coordination of company events to care for employees and their loved ones.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Vision Trips
- Coordinate travel logistics, training, registrations, flights, etc. for Trips
- Communicate all trip information clearly and effectively to participants
- Opportunities for international and domestic travel (co-leading a Vision Trip, participating in a scouting trip, attending a conference, etc.)
- Regularly serve as the on-call point of contact stateside during active Vision Trips

Events
- Assist the Connection Manager with planning and executing all Company events
- Coordinate with Ministry Coordinators to execute regional events
- Organize and schedule catering for meetings and events throughout the year
Qualification and Skills
- Proficient in the use of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with keen attentiveness to detail
- Display confidence in organizing group travel logistics
- 3-5 years of experience in event coordination preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Works in the temperature-controlled office environment, with medium noise levels
- During events, the temperature and noise levels will vary (outdoors and indoors)
- Frequently required to sit
- Some travel required
- Occasionally required to walk, stand, lift, pull, and push objects up to 30 pounds
