- Execute transactions within the ERP system to support Shipping, Receiving, Production and Inventory Management activities.
- Direct workforce to ensure daily productivity goals are achieved.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency of activities
- Daily communication Production Management/Human Resources regarding attendance
- Daily communication with Operations Team to receive priorities and planned work
- Training of new employeesÂ
- Â OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication, ability to work in team environment, follow written and verbal instructions/ direct employees.Â
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Some exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Sitting 0%, standing/walking 100%. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds is required.
