Location: Bohemia Flats Apartments, New Prague MN / Sand Creek Flats Apartments, Jordan MN

Job Summary

Micheal Development is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager for 2 apartment communities in New Prague and Jordan, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have leasing experience or a strong customer service background, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with marketing the property and generating prospective resident leads.
• Conduct outreach to prospective tenants.
• Show available apartments and complete the leasing process.
• Help prospective residents find the apartment that best fits their needs.
• Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Interact with residents and coordinate maintenance work orders.
• Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and maintaining resident files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.

Qualifications of Assistant Manager

• Previous apartment management / leasing experience preferred, or exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred but not required.

Schedule: Average of 30-40 hours per week.

Salary Range : $22-24 per hour plus commissions
