Executive Assistant

Shift: 8HR Days

Job type: Full Time

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (some need to adjust hours 1x per month to accommodate governing board meetings at 5 pm) 

Position Summary / Specifications: 

Providing administrative/secretarial support to the hospital CEO, CNO and COO, this position frequently prepares written materials for the CEO, CNO and COO, and may act on his/her behalf with prior delegated authority.  Consistent, continuous coverage of all aspects of the CEO, CNO and COO needs (meeting arrangements, telephone, and activity coordination), with sensitivity to highly confidential correspondence and communication is required.
