Responsibilities (will vary by client):
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Personal care (bathing, toileting)
- Follow a plan of care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care preferred but not required
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable but not required
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
- Willingness to complete all employment requirements
- Valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling and documentation
- Strong commitment to client confidentiality and ethical care practices
