Job Description: Join the dedicated team at Flecha by Mark Wahlberg, where traditional Mexican cuisine meets modern innovation. As a Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our restaurant, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
Ensure all restrooms are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and tools to maintain hygiene standards.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from all areas of the restaurant.
Maintain cleanliness of windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the management team promptly.
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service hours.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving items.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
