We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support manufacturing operations through the development, deployment, and integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AI/ML technologies, statistical analysis, software development, and data science while maintaining a quality and compliance-oriented mindset in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience providing Manufacturing support (if vials filling, preferred).
  • Experience deploying or integrating AI solutions into manufacturing or operational environments.
  • Artificial intelligence, software development and computer literacy knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience developing AI/ML models for process or task optimization.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis using JMP, or other statistical software.
  • Experience generating technical documentation, protocols, reports, and development records.
  • Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), quality systems, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quality and compliance-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with proficient use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and digital technologies.


Requirements

  • Doctorate or Masters + 2 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science or related field experience or Bachelors + 4 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science or related field experience or Associates + 8 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science or related field experience, or High school/GED + 10 years of data science, business, statistics, data mining, applied mathematics, business analytics, engineering, computer science or related field experience.
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm but can require support, first, second, third shift and weekend support during executions
Preferred Requirements: 
  • Prefer Computer Engineering or Computer Sciences degree.
  • Special Courses or certificates in AI models.
