Manage the preparation, manufacturing support, and packaging of liquid biological products and execute custom Cover Crop mix processes to fulfill seed mix orders safely, effectively, and efficiently. What winning looks like:

Execute all liquid biological handling and packaging processes

Package liquid biologicals into 2.5-gallon jugs and 275-gallon totes

Execute the Seed mixing process and order fulfillment process

Maximize the efficiency of the facility by maintaining a clean work area and all equipment used

Fill 50 lb bags with seed and stack manually on pallets

Record all inventory data in the inventory management software

Operate seed mixing equipment

Operate other machinery when needed to move seed: skid steer, tele-handler & forklift

Operate seed handling conveyors, augers, etc

All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Skills needed to win:

High School Diploma or GED

U.S. Citizen or authorized worker

Able to lift 50lbs

Ability to work as a teammate

Good communication skills

Willingness to learn how to operate forklifts and other equipment

Attention to detail

Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
