Our Dentists and Team are dedicated to helping our patient families maintain optimal oral health. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a dental assistant. Whether you are just starting in the field or have some experience, we are committed to training the right person to become a member of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize dental treatment rooms and instruments prior to patient appointments.
  • Assist dentists during various dental procedures by handing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Perform sterilization and disinfection of dental tools and equipment following strict infection control protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using dental software such as Dentrix, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their guardians on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care with empathy and clear communication.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials, ensuring availability for daily operations.
  • Adhere to body motion and ergonomics best practices to maintain personal health and safety during clinical tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
  • No prior experience required; training provided for the right person
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team orientated environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the dental field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
