THE POSITION:

As a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder, you will: 

    • Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers 
    • Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service
    • Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
    • Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process

THE QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • The ability to work independently 
    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
    • Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends 
    • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation

 

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time 
    • Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
