About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to join our growing team in Jupiter. This is a key support role that keeps the office running smoothly and helps our team stay productive. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room usage
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Organize travel arrangements/weekly calendar
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficient with Quickbooks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
