The Warehouse Associate is a critical member of our production and fulfillment operation — responsible for the accurate handling, organization, and dispatch of finished film products. This role is central to ensuring that our manufacturing output reaches customers on time and in perfect condition. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, operates with precision, and wants to grow within a company that promotes from within.

•     Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies or process improvement opportunities

•     Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures as our operation scales

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•     3+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment preferred

•     Forklift certification is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate

•     Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift

•     High attention to detail — precision matters when handling specialty film products

•     Reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a team-first environment

•     Familiarity with WMS, inventory software, or barcode scanning systems is an advantage

•     A growth mindset with interest in advancing into a lead or supervisory capacity

•     Medical, Dental & Vision insurance
