Job Duties & Responsibilities:Â
Ensure consistent customer contactÂ
Properly plan and execute sales initiativesÂ
Handle all customer related issues in a prompt and friendly mannerÂ
Full understanding of products and promotional schedulesÂ
Make effective sales presentationsÂ
Achieve assigned company objectives and successfully grow businessÂ
Identify and nurture new and undersold accountsÂ
Use all available POS to enhance selling effortsÂ
Knowledge of all deals, programming and initiatives company hasÂ
Follow necessary steps when making sales callsÂ
Perform reliable and consistent customer service to accountsÂ
Face to face interaction to customersÂ
Adhere to all company policies and proceduresÂ
Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely mannerÂ

Availability to work outside 8-5 schedule, as many accounts will be accessible best in early evening hours and occasional weekend eventsÂ
Years of ExperienceÂ
2-year minimum at a Sales Representative role or higher. Â
EducationÂ
BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Earning potential $60,000-$75,000+ annually, based on recent sales performance data from our current team. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
