We are seeking a dedicatedĀ Public Area AttendantĀ to join ourĀ HousekeepingĀ team. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and pristine environment throughout the resort by ensuring all public spaces, restrooms, and back-of-house areas are impeccablyĀ maintained.Ā
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces that enhance the guest experience.Ā

WHAT YOUāLL DOĀ
Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of public areas throughout the resort.Ā Keep floors, furniture, mirrors, elevators, doors, and other public spaces clean and well-presented.Ā Ā
Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove refuse from designated areas.Ā Ā
Inspect lobby restrooms regularly to ensure cleanliness and exceptional presentation.Ā Ā
Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, hand towels, and toilet paper.Ā Ā
Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.Ā Ā
Provide directions and information to guests whileĀ maintainingĀ a welcoming presence in public spaces.Ā Ā
Support Housekeeping operations byĀ assistingĀ House Attendants and Room Attendants during periods of high business demand.Ā Ā
Follow all safety, sanitation, and Four Seasons standards and procedures.Ā Ā
Foster positive working relationships with team members and leaders across the resort.Ā Ā

WHAT TO BRINGĀ
Successful candidate mustĀ possessĀ legal work authorization in United StatesĀ
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ā
A passion for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.Ā
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ā
Strong guest service and communication skills.Ā
Ability to read, write, and speak English.Ā Ā
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whileĀ maintainingĀ high standardsĀ of quality.Ā Ā
Flexibility toĀ workĀ varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.Ā
