Nail Technician for Private Luxury Spa

Kohanaiki is seeking a talented, personable, and service-driven Casual Nail Technician to join our Spa & Wellness team. This on-call position is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional nail care and personalized service in an exclusive private club setting.

As a Nail Technician, you will provide premium manicure and pedicure services while creating a warm, relaxing, and memorable experience for our members and guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform luxury manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and specialty nail treatments.
• Consult with members and guests to recommend services and products based on their individual needs.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment area in accordance with Hawaiʻi State Board regulations and spa standards.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly disinfected and maintained.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized service while anticipating member preferences.
• Promote retail products and spa services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the Spa team.
• Support the overall success of the Spa & Wellness department through teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaiʻi State Nail Technician License required.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort, private club, or upscale spa preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nail care, sanitation practices, and current industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
