Assist customers with questions and recommendationsÂ
Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash registerÂ
Maintain security of cash and protect company assetsÂ
Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandiseÂ
Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standardsÂ
Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leadersÂ
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable Â

Skills and Experience:Â Â
High school diploma or equivalent is preferredÂ
Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred Â
Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is requiredÂ
Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive liftingÂ
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are requiredÂ
Strong organizational and communication skills are requiredÂ
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are requiredÂ
