The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:
$24.50 -26.75 per hour
Eat. Sleep. Invoice Beer. Repeat: As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for accounts receivable and general accounting duties. This involves handling confidential information, managing reports, and resolving discrepancies. This position requires a strong understanding of financial information and will work from our Kalamazoo Headquarters Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
A Day in the Life
- Manage billback process
- Validate End of Day process and complete Month End tasks
- Provide support for questions tied to invoices from customer and suppliers
- Process EFT payments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required
- One or more years' experience in Accounting/Finance preferred
- 18 years of age or older
- Strong financial acumen including an understanding of financial information
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical skills and numeric ability
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently while remaining calm and professional
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assess priorities effectively
- Sense of urgency and attention to detail while working within deadlines
- Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
- Self-starter with a high productivity level
