Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new prospects into policyholders
Advise clients on insurance options that fit their needs
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with continuous support
Reach individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth
Utilize CRM software to organize leads and track client engagement
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
