✨ The Role (aka front desk MVP) - Full Time 

As our CSR, you’ll be the go-to for all things client experience. You set the tone, keep the schedule on lock, and make sure every pet parent feels heard and cared for.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome clients and their pets with a warm, professional attitude

• Answer phones and respond to questions with confidence and care

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar like a pro

• Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks

• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting

• Support the team to help the clinic run efficiently

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Customer service experience required

• Veterinary or healthcare experience? Big bonus
