What You'll Do Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle for their needs and budget. Build relationships through exceptional customer service. Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads. Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives. Maintain product knowledge on our inventory. Work with the finance and management teams to deliver an outstanding buying experience. Build a referral and repeat customer base. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and people skills. Self-motivated with a desire to earn a great income. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. QualificationsPhysical Requirements Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for various lengths of time Must be able to enter and exit vehicles without assistance Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to move throughout vehicle inventory lots and dealership facilities Must be able to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Must be authorized to work in the United States
