What You'll Do Lead and develop a high-performing sales team. Structure and secure vehicle financing. Work directly with customers to deliver an exceptional buying experience. What We're Looking For Finance Manager experience, Sales Manager experience, or both. Strong leadership and communication skills. Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Customer-focused and results-driven. Automotive dealership experience preferred.
