Grizzly Security Armored Express is seeking to fill a Part Time Coin Vault Clerk position in our Kalispell, MT Market. This is an entry level position that encompasses all aspects of coin processing and inventory controls. This position includes but is not limited to the unrestricted physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and repetitive lifting of coin bags weighing from 30-55 lbs. This position is typically Mon-Fri and requires some flexibility to work 8-10 hours per day.
Responsibilities
路 Manually load coin machines with loose coin
路 Manually stack loose coin bags and boxed coin
路 Package and audit coin for quality and accuracy; this includes packaging boxed coin
路 Auditing and balancing of vault inventory (coin)
路 Monitor machine function and clean or light repair as needed
路 Maintain and replenish production supplies
路 Maintain inventory control
路 Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
路 Use of pallet jack and forklift (forklift upon certification by Grizzly Security)
路 Strictly adhering to the policies and procedures of Grizzly Security
路 Other duties or special projects upon demand
Requirements
路 Be at least 18 years of age
路 Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, lift, climb etc (up to 8hrs per day)
- Repetitive lifting of coin bags/boxes up to 55lbs
- Regular exposure to moderately loud noise and exposure to running machines
路 Ability to complete basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)
路 Ability to complete daily inventory and paperwork
路 Aptitude and ability to learn and apply production, small machine repair and maintenance and/or warehouse work techniques
路 Present a professional image at all times while on duty
路 Interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in a team environment
路 Good ethics and integrity
