Job Description

 

As a Service Expediter, your role is to leave a positive impression on current and prospective customers and assist technicians with an efficient process.

 

Duties/Responsibilities

 

  • Staging and preparation of units in the service bays
  • Shop cleanliness and upkeep
  • Courtesy inspections on all major units checked into service.
  • Quality Control by reviewing repair/service orders to verify completion of requested jobs.
  • Unit appearance
  • Moving power sports units into and out of the service areas
  • Assist customers while they drop off and pick up power sports units- service and sales areas.
  • Operation of tractor and forklift

 

Skills/Qualifications

 

  • Ability to operate various types of power equipment, including lawnmowers, weed trimmers, forklifts, tractors, trucks, and a variety of hand and powered equipment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
 

Physical Requirements

 

  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

 

Experience/Education

 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance and courteous manners
  • Ability to operate all yard equipment.
  • Have valid state driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.

 

Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly; 40 hrs./wk. Monday-Friday; **Weekend Availability**
