Kane Innovations has immediate openings for qualified MIG Welders. Our company specializes in aluminum and stainless steel architectural products. The ideal candidate will have the following:

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field preferred, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
  • Ability to learn welding techniques, including clamping, grinding, tack welding, and positioning components for final welds.
  • Willingness to learn proper welding procedures, equipment operation, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read or learn to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, bending, and working in a manufacturing environment.
  •  Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work.

 

Physical Demands:

  • There can be repetitive use of hands required with simple grasping and pushing, pulling, & lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • In addition, this position requires the following abilities: standing, walking, lifting, reaching above shoulders, bending, and twisting.

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Welding Technology training preferred, but not required
  • Prior MIG welding experience is preferred; however, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and are willing to provide training for the right individual.
