Job Summary – Kane, PA

Established Architectural Screen and Detention Manufacturer in Kane, PA is seeking an experienced Project Manager that resides in Kane, PA. All candidates should possess a positive, team player attitude. Primary job responsibility will be to Interface with general contractors and sub-contractors to complete projects on time. The primary location will be Kane, PA. Travel will be required as needed to job sites occasionally.


Responsibilities and Duties for Project Manager – Kane, PA

Primary job responsibility will be to complete projects with General Contractors and Sub-Contractors on time and within budget. Requirements include 2 years' experience completing Projects, proven references from owners, architects, and subcontractors. We are ideally seeking a candidate with the following qualifications, knowledge, skills and abilities:

Provide direction to achieve completion of the projects on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. Maintain schedules, identifies, and solves problems.

Update and confirm scheduled deliveries throughout the process

Understand the project plans and specifications

Understand the subcontractor contracted scope of work and perimeters

Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees

Work with Kane and customer personnel on a daily basis to resolve issues, quality items, scheduling, contract management, change order management and other job related coordination.

Promote safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job hazards immediately

Ensure all company employees and contractors are adhering to safety policies


Qualifications and Skill for Project Manager 


Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred)

In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered


Experience

1+ Years construction experience (Preferred)

Demonstrated Technical competencies to include:

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Scheduling Software
