At MDBS our number one goal is to demonstrate a love for food and a passion for people while creating excellent customer service experience for our well-deserving military customers! This is Not a government job- Everyone welcome! Part time or Full time position- Shift from 7am- 3:30pm. Job Description: Demonstrate the ability to utilize commercial ovens. Prepare, process, package, and label Bakery products. Inspect Bakery products for quality and freshness, rotate products on display and remove products with expired shelf life. Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service, teamwork with positive communication, and assist other team members as needed. Ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling/preparation. Demonstrate the ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age Experience in retail baking Knowledge of frozen dough Willing to cross-train in deli tasks as needed Effective and friendly communication skills Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation Ability to stand and walk short distances for an entire shift Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time Team player Benefits: Great pay!
