About the Role:

Vision Safe, LLC is seeking a few good individuals to fill the Electronic Assembler position. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in manufacturing and seeking a full-time position. Located in beautiful Kaneohe, HI, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence. Local Candidates Only

Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components and devices according to specifications and quality standards.
Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product functionality and safety.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies to management.
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations throughout the assembly process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Strong math skills.
Previous experience in electronic assembly or related field preferred.
Use small hand tools & test equipment
Experience w/ MS Office products
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Familiarity with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Must be fluent in English.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
