Positions We Commonly Hire

• Production Operators, Extrusion & Stranding Operators

  • Set up and operate extrusion, stranding, beaming, and respooling equipment.
  • Load raw materials, copper reels, and production components.
  • Monitor machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Measure, label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate concerns to supervisors.
  • Work with forklifts, carts, and overhead lifting equipment (training provided where applicable).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Typical Work Schedule

1st Shift
Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM  Friday 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

2nd Shift
Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
