About the Role:

The Center Seam Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by ensuring the precise and efficient joining of materials along the center seam of products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and consistency in seam construction. The operator will work closely with production teams to meet daily output targets while adhering to safety and quality protocols. By operating specialized machinery, the Center Seam Operator contributes directly to the overall product integrity and customer satisfaction. This role is essential in supporting continuous production flow and minimizing defects or rework in the final product.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating sewing or sealing machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or technical instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience specifically with center seam operations or similar seam joining processes.
