Anderson County Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team! This position offers an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role and make an impact on patient care and team development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a a passion for supporting both patients and staff in delivering high-quality care.
Shift: Full Time Nights, 12 hr shifts (7p-7a)
Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects.
