The Opportunity:

Saint Luke's North on Barry Road is seeking Clinical Resource Nurse to join our Maternity Services team. This role will give you the opportunity to assist the manager in planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special project to help ensure our vision to be, "The Best Place to Get Care. The Best Place to Give Care."

The Work:
  • Utilizesthe nursing process
  • Performspatient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff
  • Coordinatesthe plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Demonstratesproficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures
We are looking for collaborative, resourceful, and positive nurse who loves empowering and teaching others.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:
3-5 years

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Neonatal Resuscitation Program RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Registered Nurse - Various
