Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider FT

Job Description​

Full time opening, 40hr/week, 4x10 hour shifts, 7 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. Inpatient and Outpatient APP role at St. Luke's Plaza and St. Luke's East Hospital.

We are looking preferably for a Vascular Surgery APP with at least one year of experience. We are also open to a New Grad APP with a strong background in Vascular Surgery, Cardiology, and ICU.

Some weekend and Holiday rotations in place.

Accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data identifies appropriate expected outcomes development and implement plan of care provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management provide consultation to influence plan of care for clients enhance the abilities of others and effect change in the system uses prescriptive authority procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations evaluate clients progress in attaining expected outcomes conduct nursing research provide education to patient family and nursing staff and case manages high risk patients.
