EVS Shift Manager

This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest service across all areas of the property, including the casino, pavilion, restaurants, convention center, and all back‑of‑house spaces. The EVS Shift Manager leads  frontline staff, manages departmental resources, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.  including evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and you will be eligible for benefits day one in this role.  You will typically lead the team on an assigned shift and that shift will be discussed in your interview.
