The role focuses on improving product testing, enhancing debugging capabilities, and optimizing the test system to increase yield.
Candidates will be responsible for optimizing the testing environment and reducing abnormal occurrences and retest rates.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Job Description

1.改善產品測試不良, 強化debug & improve test system的能力, 進而提升良率.
2.進行優化測試環境/治具, 進而降低異常發生&重測率.
3.依據DFM/C-flow & review process / FPYR, 讓新產品導入.
4.執行流程簡化, 優化&標準化, 以及工作流程持續改善, 進而達到製程穩定.
5.透過團隊溝通, 找出最佳方案.
