Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, addressing questions and needs, managing front desk operations, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and client-focused  environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience for visitors
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and conference rooms, ensuring front desk and common areas are well-stocked and presentable
  • Receive and manage mail and deliveries
  • Schedule and manage conference room bookings, ensuring availability and avoiding conflicts

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities with ease, and takes ownership of tasks to ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently.
