As a Client Support Specialist, you'll leverage your customer service expertise to support patients on their eye care journey.   • Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide order updates and clearly explain next steps in the care process.
  • Conduct follow‑ups on expiring prescriptions and time‑sensitive treatments.
  • Document interactions accurately across multiple systems.
  • Manage several tasks simultaneously while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Work closely with your call center team to ensure a smooth, patient‑first experience.
