| The Universal Banker I is a foundational retail banking position responsible for delivering exceptional client service while supporting efficient, accurate, and compliant branch operations. This role functions in both teller and personal banking capacities, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining the Bank’s professional image, and supporting relationship development with clients and the community. The Universal Banker I is expected to uphold Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards while contributing to overall branch performance. |
